2. Eat slowly. Savor each bite and enjoy the taste of the food. Use a Hunger/Satiety Scale to help you pay attention to your appetite.
3. Don't let yourself get hungry. This is a "recipe" for disaster later on!
4. Be realistic. Don't try to diet during the holidays. Aim to maintain!
5. "Healthify" some of your traditional holiday recipes (your family won't even notice!): mashed potatoes, gravy, stuffing, pumpkin pie, sweet potato casserole, cheesy potatoes
