Let the Walking Begin!
March into May is a 6 week walking program designed to boost daily walking. Throughout the 6 weeks, you'll wear a pedometer and track your steps with a team. DO NOT wear your pedometer while engaging in any physical activity (i.e. aerobics classes, jogging, biking, skiing, etc). other than walking.
