The leaves are falling and the air is chill, which can only mean one thing... the Holidays are just around the corner!

This season should be a joyful and exciting time to spend with family and friends, but with all that hustle and bustle it is easy to get distracted away from health goals. With the holidays come festive food and seemingly not enough time to exercise. The stress piles up, the pounds increase, and this ads to a feeling of guilt, failure, and maybe even depression. Don't let the Holidays get you down! Enjoy them to the fullest while staying within your health goals!

Over the next few weeks we'll be highlighting some strategies for maintaining fitness and nutrition while managing time and stress during these wonderful months. We'll also be holding a program entitled "Healthy Holidays" which will begin Monday, November 21st, 2011. Through this program we'll help you to eat well, stay active, stay flu and stress free, count your blessings, give back, and have fun in the new year. In addition to these things all Healthy Lifestyle participants who complete the program will receive 50 points.
