 This week is
"Love Your Body"
week!

Each year the University of Utah holds a special event called Love Your Body Week that coincides with the National Eating Disorders Association awareness week.  Love Your Body Week is a time to celebrate our bodies, no matter the shape or size, and all that we can do with our bodies.  It is a time to be aware of the things that make us feel bad about ourselves and fight them with the things that help us feel good about ourselves.  Most importantly, it is a about learning to be comfortable with who we are.  This year the theme is "Love Your Body, Love Your Land."
Love Your Body Week is taking place Feb. 27-March 3 on the University of Utah campus and at various Salt Lake City businesses. Events are free to the public and are being sponsored by the student group SPEAK (Students Promoting Eating Disorder Awareness and Knowledge) and local clinicians who treat disordered eating.
