Healthy Lifestyles is excited to jump into one of our most enjoyed annual events: March Into May!

March Into May is a 6-week program which focuses on fitting more steps into your day. Here's how it works:

  • Sign up for the program in teams of 3-10
  • Select a team captain for your group
  • Each member of your team will receive a pedometer at the beginning of the challenge. Use this pedometer to keep track of your daily walking steps. Write down your daily totals on the tracker you will be given.
  • Report your weekly total of steps the following Monday to your team captain, who will report your team's total steps to us on Tuesdays
  • At the end of the 6-week challenge the three teams with the most steps (averaging per person) will receive a catered lunch
    • Prizes will also be given for:
      • Most creative team name
      • Most steps walked by an individual
  • If your team completes the challenge you will all receive 50 Healthy Lifestyles points 
March Into May runs from March 26th to May 6th.
 
The deadline to sign up is this Wednesday, March 14th.
