Q. how can you tell the difference between bad calories and good calories? also when i eat...what should i look out for in order to lose weight?

A. just eat healthy food. don't pay attention to the calories - have a granola bar for breakfast and have a salad for lunch...just don't snack or eat junk food - stay away from proccessed and packaged foods because they are filled with sugar and fat calories. just have mainly fruits and vegetables and you'll be fine.

What happens if you only present healthy foods to your toddler, and he refuses to eat it?
Q. Should you break down and give him goldfish crackers, marshmallows, Nilla wafers & all the other processed foods that toddlers love?

A. No, keep giving him the healthy food. Try making it into a game, or mixing it with something not so healthy, but use less unhealthy stuff as he gets used to it. Toddlers have more sensitive tastebuds so they dislike most food when they first try it, but usually end up liking it when they get used to it.
