Will Zumba get rid of body fat without putting on muscle?

asd
Q. Not a fan of running biking or swimming but I need cardio. I want to lose twenty pounds and gain as little muscle as possible. I eat very healthy. Would zumba help? How much? How often?

A. Why would you not want to gain muscle? Women with muscle are toned and sexy, not bulky. They look like this http://www.fitnes.lv/news/foto2/female_fitness_girls_7419.jpg

Besides, women cannot become like the male bodybuilders you see in magazines because they don't have enough testosterone. Zumba is a dance program, and dancing uses your muscles. Therefore, they will get stronger and bigger. If you want to lose fat actually go to the gym and lift weights. More muscle burns more calories, which means less fat. I guarantee, even if you wanted to put on muscle it would be extremely difficult. Gaining muscle actually requires the person to want to do it, you can't put maximum effort into something you dont want to do.

Dont aim for losing weight, aim for losing fat. You could actually gain weight and look much better than before.

What is the Difference between Palestinian and Lebanese Arabic?
Q. there is a difference...but i just can't put my finger on it lol

can anybody tell me the differences between them??

A. Urban Palestinian is very close to Lebanese Arabic.
Notable differences are as follows:

1-Palestinians suffix SH to form the negative of verbs.(baro7ish, bakolish)
The Lebanese add the MISH proposition. (mish rayi7, mish aam bekul)

2-Palestinians prounounce the letter " ا "as in Fusha (bab, shubbak, fitna)
The Lebanese tend to use the vowel "é" (béb; shébbék, fitné)

3-Palestinians prounounce the "fat7a"and "dammeh"(namla ,oummi)
The Lebanese tend to replace "fat7a" and "dammeh" with "kassra". (namlé, immé)

4-Palestinian vocabulary is sometimes influenced by Egyptian. For instance : Palestinians say "zayy" while Lebanese say "mitl".

5-The letter "Ù" is pronounced differently when preceeded by a "fat7a".
Palestinians say : tghaddéna, t3ashéna.
Lebanese say : tghaddayna, t3ashayna.

6-The letter "Ù" is pronounced differently at the end of a word.
Palestiniays say: massaree, wadee, hadi.
Lebanese say: massaré, wédé, hédé.

These are the differences I can remember at the moment. They are made due to my personal observation.
Correct me if I'm wrong.

PS : Bedouin Palestinian is nearer to the dialects of Arabia, than it is to Lebanese.
