Buckle Up

Motor Vehicle crashes are the leading cause of death for people age 5 to 34 and wearing a seat belt is the most effective way to reduce injuries in crashes. Even though the percentage of adults who always wear their seatbelts is increasing with in the United States, 1 in 7 adults still do not wear their seat belt on every trip. For Men, unintended injuries are also the third leading cause of death (Center for Disease Control- CDC). So, start to take wearing a seat belt seriously. It might even save yours or your loved ones life.
