How do I get my daughter to start eating healthier?
Q. My 6 year old has developed some very unhealthy eating habits (which I am aware is my fault), we have began trying to eat healthier and make better food choices but she is completely defiant throughout the entire process. The only foods she likes are hash browns with gravy, McDonald's, and hot wings; if it is anything else she will flat out refuse to eat. Does anyone have any suggestions?
A. Let her know how good healthy food is and how bad unhealthy food is. Get her to want to eat healthy. Show her like a TV show on it or something or tell her how bad food affects her.
Or just get really good tasting food that is also healthy.

How do i loose weight when i cant stop myself from eating horrible foods?
Q. I really want to loose weight. My problem is that i run cross country and i've noticed that when i run i crave unhealty food and start to over eat with snacks and sweets. Every season i end up ganing weight from eating more food and the running doesn't help me loose anything. What do i do?
A. eat more healthy food so you dont get the hunger pangs. snacks arent bad if you're eating good food and exercising regularly. just replace the sweets with fruit or grain bars. dont buy the bad stuff and you can only eat the good.
